Pure Irish Honey

Willie O'Connor and his business partner Paul O'Brien are part time honey farmers who save wild honey bees and re home them in their apiary in the Co. Limerick countryside, helping pollenate local vegetation and producing natural wild local honey in the process.

Bees are crucial to our environment and to help sustain life. As Albert Einstein once quoted "If the bee disappeared off the face of the Earth, man would only have four years left to live" there are more honey bees than other types of bee and pollinating insects, so it is the world's most important pollinator of food crops. It is estimated that one third of the food that we consume each day relies on pollination mainly by bees. Its our mission to keep enriching our land with bees and setting swarms free each year.

All pure honey will set over time – but it can easily be returned to its 'runny' state again. Simply loosen the top and stand the jar in hot water.

This gorgeous, natural goodness is hand bottled and used for it's many benefits such as healing properties, allergies, natural antiseptic uses or just because it's delicious!
